Hints of inspiration will filter through from the distillery next door, being one of the UK’s leading and most innovative craft producers of farm to glass spirits. Outstanding food creations, complemented by expertly curated wines from around the world and signature cocktails featuring the best spirits the world has to offer. Set in an industrial revolution era building, the New Pumproom restaurant offers a relaxed environment to enjoy a unique eating and drinking experience.
