The Pumproom at Copper Rivet Distillery is offering a contemporary take on classic dishes influenced by spices and flavours from around the world. The team at the Pumproom use seasonal ingredients to maximum effect and, in keeping with the ethos of the distillery, takes a keen interest in provenance and minimising waste. Hints of inspiration will filter through from the distillery next door, being one of the UK’s leading and most innovative craft producers of farm to glass spirits. Outstanding food creations, complemented by expertly curated wines from around the world and signature cocktails featuring the best spirits the world has to offer. Set in an industrial revolution era building, the New Pumproom restaurant offers a relaxed environment to enjoy a unique eating and drinking experience.
