Head chef, Will Freeman and his dedicated and very talented kitchen brigade use seasonal ingredients to maximum effect and, in keeping with the ethos of the distillery, takes a keen interest in provenance and minimising waste inventing a contemporary take on classic dishes influenced by spices and flavours from around the world.

 

The menus below are constantly updated, but please note that some dishes are subject to last minute changes, due to seasonal and supplier availability. Some wine vintages can change due to vintage variations throughout the year.
