Having opened the very successful Copper Rivet Distillery in 2016, Bob Russell and sons, Matthew and Stephen, have done it again!
The Pumproom @ Copper Rivet Distillery opened its doors in April 2021 and offers a relaxed fine dining experience.
Set in the historic Pumphouse No5, which was built in 1873, you can dine in our large indoor dining room or al fresco on the dining terrace with breath-taking views over the River Medway and Upnor Castle. Or, enjoy tapas and cocktails on the waterfront terrace or in the cocktail lounge.
Executive chef Will Freeman and his dedicated and very talented kitchen brigade use seasonal ingredients to maximum effect and, in keeping with the ethos of the distillery, takes a keen interest in provenance and minimising waste. They have invented a contemporary take on classic dishes influenced by spices and flavours from around the world.
